The matter of a wedding dress is the main issue that girls are meticulous about and take time to find. It took a long time to find the right outfit. For Thai costume, in addition to showing the identity of Thailand, brides who choose to wear Thai dresses on their wedding day or at an engagement ceremony also create a delicate look—beautiful in the style of Thai women.

The bride's dress, Bright Pitchayathan, on the wedding day was made using Mudmee silk, which turned out to be beautiful and elegant, like a princess.

Congratulations to To-Bright, the bride and groom, who had a wedding ceremony at Wattana Church, Bangkok on May 7, 2022, amidst a heart-warming atmosphere.

If you go back to that time, Toh Saksit made a surprise by kneeling and proposing to Bright Pitchayathan in the middle of a morning show on December 25, 2020, followed by an engagement ceremony on January 2, 2021.

The reason for choosing Mudmee silk for the wedding dress is that Bright's mother has always loved Thai fabrics, especially silk. Since childhood, Bright has seen her mother wear silk dresses to events. When her important day arrived, Bright chose Mudmee Silk, introduced by Reed Rapeepan Lueangaramrat.

The fabric chosen for the bride's dress for the couple's wedding was Mudmee Silk, using 15 meters of silk, created by Ajarn Surachot Tamcharoen, an art teacher from Surin Province (specializing in natural dyeing). Every step was intricate and difficult, with villagers from two communities working together to complete it.

The Mudmee pattern on the silk cloth is in the shape of a Kankrao flower. Typically, it has five petals, but this time Ajarn Surachot decided to make it nine petals for good fortune. The fabric color was naturally dyed using the bark of the Sabaeng Na tree, resulting in a champagne color.

The design and sewing of this outfit were done by P'Petch Jarut Phinyokeerati, owner of Petch Clothes Shop, making the wedding dress even more complete. P'Petch chose to embroider small crystals onto the floral fabric pattern from the neckline down the sleeves, emphasizing the waist and spreading upwards to the chest, creating a simple yet elegant and sweet dress.

Toh Saksit said that for Bright, this dress is more than a wedding dress. It symbolizes the collective heart and effort of everyone involved—each silk thread is like a blessing from every villager.

Bright would like to thank everyone once again. ❤️🙏🏻

The Mudmee Silk wedding dress is precious and means a lot to Bright. She believes that her mother would be proud of her choice of Mudmee Silk for this important day.
